## Turning it on and off
Tree felling is on for everyone by default. To toggle it just for yourself:

- `/timber` — switch your own tree felling on or off.

Turn it **off** when you only want to break a single log (for example, harvesting one block from a big custom tree without dropping the lot).

## How it works
- Works with **any axe** — wood, stone, iron, diamond or netherite.
- It costs **axe durability per log**, exactly the same as if you chopped each one by hand, so a big tree still wears your axe.
- Break the **lowest log** to bring the whole tree down.

## Tips
- Bring an axe with **Unbreaking** and **Mending** if you fell a lot of trees — durability adds up fast on big jungle and dark-oak trees.
- Replant a sapling on the stump straight after felling to keep your tree farm going.
